This course is suitable for individuals who are new to SAP and would like to learn the baseline knowledge of SAP solutions, applications, components, and terminology. It covers SAP Navigation, Systemwide Concepts, Integrated Logistics, Financials, Human Capital Management, Analytics and Strategic Planning, SAP Netweaver and Customer Service Network. This course also covers Introduction to BI (Business Intelligence) Enterprise Reporting & Business Objects and Introduction to Customer Relationship Management. At the end of the course, the participant will gain a basic understanding of the SAP solutions and applications.
